  • What types of events can be hosted?
    We gladly host celebrations and milestones of every kind. Whether it's a wedding, bridal shower, networking event, or launch party, our space is adaptable and can be tailored to suit the unique needs and purpose of each event.
  • Can I see the centre before I book my event?
    Yes, you can book a showing through the website. This will allow you to explore the space to ensure it will for your event prior to booking. We also encourage you to take a look at our 3D walkthrough of the space.
  • How do I reserve a date?
    In order to reserve a date a booking must be completed through the website. Dates will not be reserved without a booking.
  • What is the capacity?
    Our space can hold up to 130 guests. This includes 80 on the main floor and 50 on the lower floor.
  • What are the rental hours?
    Access to the venue on the rental date will be available at 11AM (unless early access required) and you must exit by 1AM the following morning.
  • Can I get early access to the centre?
    Yes, you may request early access to the venue for decorating/setup given that the space is available. Please ensure you request this at time of booking. An additional $25.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit if early access is granted.
  • How much is the rental fee?
    The rental fee is $650 - this includes access and use of the entire centre. A damage deposit of $1000 is collected a minimum 14 days prior to the event and refunded 48 hours after the rental date. Additionally, extra services may be added to your booking such as barbeque use ($XX) or cleaning services ($250).
  • Do I need insurance and where can I get it?
    Yes, you must get insurance for your event and it must be submitted to pinnacleridgeevents@gmail.com a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date. Insurance details: The Renter shall maintain all risk liability insurance (including but not limited to alcohol and sports participation liability) against claims for death, personal injury, and property damage in or about the Center in amounts which are from time to time acceptable to a prudent person but is not less than $2,000,000.00 for death, illness or injury to one or more persons and $1,000,000.00 for property damage in respect of each occurrence. (Refer to clause 18.2 in Agreement). You can purchase insurance through any insurance broker such as NFP or PAL.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes, all booking may be cancelled. The booking cancellation policy is as follows: - 90 days prior to event: full refund + processing fee - Less than 90 days prior to event: 50% refund + processing fee - Less than 15 days prior to event: no refund All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
  • Are there tables & chairs available?
    Yes, we have various sizes of tables and chairs available to use for your event. Table Inventory: XX Chair Inventory: XX There are also suggested floor plan layouts available on the website for various numbers of guests.
  • Is there parking at the centre?
    There are X parking stalls on the property; with plenty of parking available on the street.
  • What are the cleaning requirements?
    There is a cleaning checklist provided to you prior to your event as well as one located on-site. This checklist must be strictly followed. Failure to clean according to the checklist will result in a cleaning fee deducted from the damage deposit. Additionally, you may select a cleaning service at time of booking.
