Yes, you can book a showing through our website. This will allow you to tour the space for up to 15 minutes, subject to the Community Center Manager’s availability, to ensure the venue is suitable for your event prior to booking. We also encourage you to view our 3D walkthrough of the space for a detailed preview.

To reserve a date, you must submit a booking request through the pre-approval registration form on our website. Dates are not held or reserved until a completed booking request has been received and approved.

Our space can hold up to 130 guests. This includes 80 on the main floor and 50 on the lower floor.

Access to the venue on the rental date will be available at 11:00AM (unless an early access request is granted) and you must exit by 1AM the following morning.

Yes, you may request early access to the venue for decorating/setup given that the space is available. Please ensure you request this at time of booking. An additional $25.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit if early access is granted.

The rental fee is $1250 (weekends) or $900 (weekdays) - this includes access and use of the entire centre and professional cleaning services. A damage deposit of $1000 is collected a minimum 14 days prior to the event and refunded to 2 weeks after after the rental date. Extra services may be added to your booking such as barbeque use ($50)

Yes, you must get insurance for your event and it must be submitted to pinnacleridgeevents@gmail.com (pinnacleridgeevents@gmail.com)a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date. Insurance details: The Renter shall maintain all risk liability insurance (including but not limited to alcohol and sports participation liability) against claims for death, personal injury, and property damage in or about the Center in amounts which are from time to time acceptable to a prudent person but is not less than $2,000,000.00 for death, illness or injury to one or more persons and $1,000,000.00 for property damage in respect of each occurrence. (Refer to clause 18.2 in Agreement). Yes, all booking may be cancelled. The booking cancellation policy is as follows: - 90 days prior to event: full refund + processing fee - Less than 90 days prior to event: 50% refund + processing fee - Less than 15 days prior to event: no refund All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.

Yes, we have various sizes of tables and chairs available to use for your event. Table Inventory: • 7' x 2.5': 10 pcs • 6' x 2.5': 2 pcs • 5' Diameter Round: 8 pcs Chair Inventory: • 66 chairs There are also suggested floor plan layouts available on the website for various numbers of guests.
